Is Rey actually a new Anakin and not a new Luke?

Post Body

So I was watching Redlettermedia and Plinkett’s review of TFA. One of their thoughts was Rey was a manifestation of the force like Anakin.

So Rey says about her parents in TLJ

“They were nobody”

Kylo is the one that adds the thing about the junk traders and drinking money. People say “he’s telling the truth.” But in his next breath says she has no place in this story. So I don’t believe what he adds.

But her parents literally being “nobody” might make sense because they literally are. If force manifested her.
