Link for US client download? Playing EU and US?

I want to download the US client (I have EU) but don't have the cdkey yet (tried buying online but it didn't work, have a friend giving me a key later).
Does anyone have a link to the downloader? Also, anyone playing in both EU/US and is there anything special besides just installing twice?
