Good tutorial for a brand new player?

I've tried to get into this game so many times but the tutorial is complete dogshit. It completely turns me off to the game every time. It doesn't actually tell you how to do things it just says "do this." Could anyone recommend a good youtube video I could watch to learn the basics?
