3.5 years at Starbucks, I'm really going to miss it believe it or not. I wanted to stay with Starbucks for the next couple years until I got my degree, but I couldn't take it anymore. I'm going to miss my customers and my partners, but I'm not going to miss the insane drama, horrible treatment by management, and favoritism from dm to sm. There's so much I want to say, but it's never been worth getting into trouble. Everything that's happened over the last year truly broke me. That being said, I truly did love my job. Sbux was my first job, mid-covid, and god I wish it was different because I loved what I do more than anything. Stayed with the company between 4 stores and two states. Wish I would've ended my time when I was still a ssv, but I gave that up months before I made the jump to just cut my losses and quit. It doesn't matter what they tell you, the extreme stress and pressure is so not worth it. Sbux: thanks for the good times, and for the sh°tty parts, do better, for your partners sake.
so happy for you taking charge of your life bestie ❤️ do you already know what you want to do next?
