What is your response when you tell a customer no and they say, "the one down the street always does it for me!"
Post Body
Yesterday someone asked for their old fashion donut to be warmed up and I said no-can-do because it's against policy since it's glazed. She wouldn't take no for an answer so the shift had to explain we don't have a setting on the warmer for it even if we were allowed. She huffed and said the other Starbucks does it for her all the time. I offered other warmables of course but she took the donut anyway and left our store pretty sour about it. Maybe she took it to the other store out of spite???
