The recruiter's lack of anonymity.
Post Body

One thing that puzzles me is role of the recruiter. Of all the people involved at the higher levels of Squid Game, he is the only one that openly reveals his identity. The guards, the Front Man, the Host, and the VIPs all wear masks, yet the recruiter does not. During the games, the Front Man shot one of the guards because he showed his face to a contestant. Yet, everyone knows what the recruiter looks like. Not only that, they use the same recruiter after the games and he is working the same area (the subway). At the end, Gi-Hun runs into the recruiter and almost catches up with him. I could understand if the recruiter only works for a single game and the disappears out of sight, but no, it's the same guy at the same place.

For an organization the seems take so much care to mask the identifies of those operating the games, it seems odd that this one person, who has more individual personal contact with the contestants than any of the people in the games, is so easily identifiable.

Do anyone have any theory about this inconsistency with the recruiter?

Think of the sheer number of slaps he’s doled out.
