Back story: I played Splatoon 1 for 50 hours only, level 30 only turf war and all the Single Player, and started playing Splatoon 2 only a while ago, in December.
I’m sorry team mates…
I’m sorry for being always the first one to get splat when try to cover ground for your advance;
I'm sorry for being the one always in the team with 1 or 2 DCs 60% of the time;
I’m sorry for always being in around 60% of the times the second one in the team with most splats and turf painted, and around 20% of the time the first one, being in the losing team and in the winning team almost half (I think that in total I’m 10 defeats more, from all the battles that increase the status in the Nintendo App, not the last 50, I’ve been recording all of them in a notebook);
I’m sorry for probably not being as you are good in splatting, dying the most stupid ways and not searching the map correctly, or not using the correct weapons, doing super jump to the wrong place to be splatted again, even by using a roll when I arrive at the floor;
I’m sorry for not having the correct attributes in my equipment because I don’t have super snails and also not enough crunching parts to put as I want;
I’m sorry for having started to try the Blasters so I will be on the way for the 50 losses in a row, and the last one in the team while I try to get good at it in Turf War.
But overall thank you for all the fun I’ve been having and the good moments. Losing or Winning, I always finish with a smile in my face. This is so fun, and from someone who always disliked PvP in other games as COD, MOHAA, BF, TD and others.
