Awesome Soylent Customer Service

I haven't posted here before but I've been following Soylent for a while now since the idea is pretty intriguing. I ordered a monthly subscription of Soylent about a month ago and even though I only wanted one month worth I paid for it as a subscription to save money. Well, predictably I forgot to cancel the subscription and last week I got charged for another shipment. I emailed them right away and asked if they could cancel it before they shipped it, but they said it was too late and it already shipped, and to email them when I got it. I got it a few days later, and they said they'd reverse the charges and I could keep it, and give it away to friends or family who were interested in trying it. Basically, I made a mistake and they offered to pay for it completely. Awesome customer service experience, and I'm going to be giving it out to anyone I know on Facebook who's interested. I know that most of this sub isn't about Soylent specifically, but just wanted to say that if anyone is considering ordering from them but is concerned about the company, they seem really awesome.
