I was going for a version of 'porcupine balls' with ingredients I just have around after not shopping in a couple weeks. The balls were too soft and fell apart, but here's what's in here: hamburger mixed with farro grain, garlic, diced tomatoes with green chilies, 2 eggs, raw onion, fried onions(like you put in green bean casserole) coriander, bouillon, salt, pepper, and some brine from fermented veggies I made. I browned the meat mixture, then poured over a creamy tomato soup, a couple bay leaves, and chopped celery and parsnips. I let it simmer for a bit, and served with more fried onions on top. It's thick and hearty. I dig it.
