I normally prefer spending more time in one country and spending quality time there. However in this case, I want to explore the Balkans (Southern Europe), but I'm not sure if I'll enjoy many of the countries that I'll be visiting.
So, I plan to spend one or two days each country, travel to the next destination by overnight bus whenever possible to save time. This way, by the end of the trip, I would know which countries I liked and would like to visit again. Next time I would go to these countries and spend quality time there.
My goal is not to relax or enjoy, but to figure out what countries I would like to visit again.
This is my logic behind such a fast paced travel..do you think it makes sense? Or is the exhaustion not worth it?
