Its all great at the beginning. We meet we laugh we tell our deep thoughts and secretish things.

Then it collapses.

I think this happens because I'm not cool enough. I think I am a little pushy. Most of the time I say hi first, open up the conversation. I can get their attention but they don't try to get my attention. Okay, funny guy. But not cool. Just another social guy.

Could it be cause of my appearance? I am 18 but I look 16/17. I am a little skinny, small hands, average body, no fat, muscles not big. Also have a nerd neck unfortunately.

Or is it because I'm not aggressive enough for a male? Maybe they are thinking like , this guy is a easy come easy go.

Also leaders don't like me because I can't stand their request of obedience. I don't like them too.

How to set this up? How to be the one, the one people trying to get his attention? The one always have at least one friend follows him.
