My wife and I own a small bakery and we have been doing local green markets for the past 4 years. This year we were lucky enough to open up a retail bakehouse spot. Throughout this whole time we have been using Square as our main payment source with the small square reader. We went out and purchased the large Square POS system through them and since have had nothing but problems. After setting everything up properly (we thought) we had our soft opening last Saturday, and everything we going great, until we started not being able to take any payments. Trying to figure out everything we could of done wrong I checked our business email and noticed that we had a email from square stating that our account had been deactivated. We were given zero reason and a incredibly vague email about why it was deactivated. Calling gave us zero help as we were just told to reply to the email that was sent to us. That was four days ago and we still have had no response. I am asking if anyone may have any other in-site as to what we can do or who we could contact in order to help us resolve these issues. Thank you for taking the time to read this.
