Post Body

My job is 13 hour shifts on a computer based insurance job. My regular hours in Ireland are 10am to 11pm 4 days on 5 days off.

However, as my job is remote I have come to Thailand where I’m working 4pm to 5am.

I’ve been here about a month now and it’s pretty hard on the body. I find it hard to sleep on my days off as I’d normally be up till 5 am so when I go to bed at midnight it takes ages to fall asleep.

Is there anything I can do to help this ? I had some weed the other night and slept like a baby, but I don’t want to resort to smoking weed just to be able to sleep. Maybe melatonin?
