Trying to remember the name of a slasher film

Here all the info i remember: The movie is definetly from the 80s,all the characters were female except one creepy guy that plays the role of the obvious red herring. I remember the scene where that creepy guy eats raw meat while watching a movie. The movie reuses a random clip from "slumber party massacre" for some reason. The last thing i remember is the twist,it turns out that the killer is one of the girls that got possesed by a ghost or a demon (before you say "killer party" i know its not that movie despite having a similar twist).
