Does anyone know a mod that...?

Mods are already a popular topic, so feel free to post similar questions in the comments.
My question is does anyone know a mod that let's you level constantly without a cap in how many feats and such you can get, as long as you earn the levels? I've already completed the game several times, so this time around I want to be the Dragonborn: Master Mage, Skills Swordsmen, Amazing Archer, etc.
I was looking at this one but it requires the Skyrim Script Extender.
