ENB Performance Help

Not new to modding but did take a long break so a little rusty. With all my mods installed, getting 60 FPS in SE. Added an ENB, and losing a whopping 30 FPS, which I don't recall being typical (i.e. I know I will get performance loss but not that much). I have been looking around, tried the memory boost fix (didn't work). Any ideas?
I know it says share .ini files but theres no place to upload it...
