Yay for Skyrim being broke. Dawnguard SPOILERS

Playstation 4, no mods, 1.03.

I just finished the mission to kill the Dawnguard leaders, no problems.

I go to turn the mission in and now, if I travel too far from Castle Volkihar, walking, swimming, fast travel, it does not matter, it crashes. And it seems to have affected my other saves as well. If I have a save that's not in or near Volkihar, it crashes immediately. Even going back 30 hours to before I even started Dawnguard. Auto saves, hard saves, quick saves. All completely useless.

I deleted and reinstalled the game as well, no good. Save file sizes are topped out at 8.20 MB.
