Moving Signal to another phone

Hi.
I have Signal installed on an old phone, that currently, its screen doesn't function. Its completely black. Which means, the phone is working, only thing is, i dont get to see the icons, or any other notifications etc.
My question is:
How do i use/move Signal on another phone Without loosing my history ,etc? And, Without the need of using the other phone (e.g. "please enter code wr sent to your old phone", etc)?
Both phones are Android. Thanks... 👃👃👃
