sia integration as rclone backend

I recently came across these efforts to integrate sia as an available backend for rclone:

Imagine everybody on r/homeserver and r/datahoarder finding out their favourite backup tool offered encrypted, decentralised cloud backups for a fraction of the cost of Amazon/Google et al!
Maybe a capable dev happens across this post and can help the efforts along? Sure would help sia.
