Ok so noob question but hear me out. Once you have had a few flushes and the cake is not producing more fruits (but has had a good healthy harvest) is it possible to make a whole new fresh substrate batch and crumble the cake into it and start the fruiting process all over again? 🤔🤔🤔 Giving it new nutrient's etc? So maybe pop a load substrate in and perhaps mix the crumbled cake with a fresh bag of sterile grain or rice? Is this asking for contamination or is it possible to keep the growing going? Any/all constructive advice welcomed.
