Can I safely dehydrate mushies in an oven?

I just harvested and went to use my dehydrator and realized it's not heating. I put the mushies in the oven at the lowest setting (maybe 150-175?). It did the trick after a couple hours, but I noticed they're more dense and not shriveled like they would be after dehydrating. Is this oven method ok until I get a new dehydrator, or am I completely ruining the mushies?
