How do I get scissorhands?

I got a new job at a warehouse where I have to run around and collect the pee bottles from the employees who aren't allowed to use the bathroom cause they would miss their quota.
I hate running and spilling pee all over myself and I figure if I can get scissorhands like that guy in that documentary I can register under the disability act and they have to give me a mobility scooter or something since you aren't allowed to run with scissors.
I can't figure out how he got them though. Help me out people.
