How do I upgrade my windows?

Everyone is saying that we need to upgrade to windows 11 but I already am running windows 95 which is much higher than 11.
Does anyone know what the hell they are talking about? Maybe they mean windows 110? Where do I get the new windows 110? Will it come on floppies cause I don;t have a CDROM.
Help out an old timer here please all you computer gurus on the information superhighway.
