Hey guys, planning on getting my build together for the ryzen release on Sunday. I was planning to get a 3700x.It seems like x570 might be a major price jump without the major benefits to back it (really just pcie 4.0 and usb c). VRMs seem comparable on the Asus and MSI b450i boards for far cheaper, but perhaps it's worth the price jump? Between Asus and MSI, neither seems to have a major advantage in VRMs unless you use and APU (where MSI would be better). I've heard the BIOS on the asus are slightly better, although the Voffset update for MSI may have fixed that. The MSI definitely has the advantage when it comes to price and being able to flash BIOS without 2000 series cpu, but the asus also has 2 m.2 slots, and extra fan header, and better sound supposedly. Is there anything else we should be considering in this comparison? What're your thoughts coming into the ryzen launch?
