After I am fingered or am penetrated, it becomes very easy for me to bleed sometime after or right after. I usually bleed from within my vagina for several days. I can get intense cramping that is like very bad period cramps after penetration as well. It's not my hymen bleeding and it isn't scratching from nails, so I don't know what is causing this. Any fingering and penetration, although it feels good, also hurts at the same time, if that's relevant. Other potential relevant information might be that I am intersex (I have hyperandrogenism and clitoromegaly, both since birth/puberty) and am on testosterone. Does anyone know why this may be happening or have any ways to deal with this?

Edit: I don't have any specific diagnosis for my intersex condition in case that is also relevant, it's suspected to be NCAH but we can't test for it because I am on testosterone
