Dealing with hyperspermia in a relationship
Post Body

Mature response only please

So I suffer from hyperspermia as a medical condition

(yes I've been medically disgnosed via semen samples amongst other tests)

So for those who don't know, hyperspermia is generally defined as producing a larger than normal amount of 'fluid' during ejaculation.

The reason I've said 'fluid' and not sperm is because hyperspermia usually doesn't mean higher sperm count- in fact in my case I produce more semen but normal sperm essentially meaning the sperm is more diluted leading to a lower sperm count.

You might think this isn't an issue but my relationships have suffered in the past due to a few reasons:

  1. most women I've been with have initially been ok with it, but later admitted that weren't. You can imagine it gets quite messy during sex

  2. Also have an extremely high sex drive, and am usually able to continue 2-4 times straight after ejaculating, and am able to continue multiple times a day. You can imagine this makes me very easily sexually frustrated and can be difficult for women I have been with in past (not all the time though)

I actually only recently found out this is probably an additional symptom of hyperspermia, so I guess that explains things

  1. Occasionally I can have moderate to high pain when ejaculating. My Doctor has told me this isn't uncommon with people with hyperspermia due to the thickness of semen. This means that while I have a high sex drive, sometimes I won't be able to releive this stress.

  2. This can be a very difficult subject to bring up when it becomes an issue for me with someone in either with or someone I'm dating- and isn't usually taken seriously. I really don't know what to do here and it does eat away at me.

I would appreciate any advice from men or women. Be kind, this is the first time I'm really putting this info out in the public.
