So this might not be the right subreddit for this, but I like you guys so Im posting here.

So I pretty much get constant cold sores, like one week after one goes away a new one comes up. I don't know why, but I have had this for a few years now like this. I've tried the topical cream on them and it doesn't seem to help much.

I have a few friends who constantly make fun of me, saying "who did you kiss?" every time when I have one.. and well its really annoying. I feel like all my friends act like im some huge slut kissing every guy I see and constantly getting cold sores because Im kissing all these guys... which im fucking not even doing!! It's annoying, how do I defend myself from all this nonsense, or at least hide the cold sores better?

Also it makes me very hesitant to kiss anyone, when I have met new guys and they kiss me I want to stop them. I have before told them look I have a cold sore I cant kiss you, then they kiss me anyway and it just makes me feel bad that I could be spreading it to them too now.
