Hi everyone, 25 year old bi male here. Single for quite some time now. I have very big urges for sex when I have nothing to do and I act on it quite often. I have a few sexual partners and 99% of the time I stick to them when I have sex. I mainly have sex with guys but I want a relationship with a woman.

How do you overcome your extreme urge for sex ? As soon as I masturbate it goes away instantly. But if I act on it I feel terrible afterwards because I’ve got to a point where I want to find someone and form a meaningful relationship with them , instead of just random sex. Any advice appreciated :)
