Last year I had hip labrum and PAO surgery, where the surgeons cut into my hip bone to rotate the socket and they held the bone back up with screws. I'm fully healed from that now but not as flexible as I used to be.
I'm unable to enjoy one of my favorite positions, which is being on top with my shins flat on the bed (not feet flat on the bed). My hip starts cramping when I try this now. Does anyone know of any stretches I could do to prevent cramping? My doctor also told me I can't do the clamshell exercise for some reason. TIA.
