22" domed septic tank cover broke, some dirt got in. Should I be concerned?

To be clear, there was only about 2" of dirt on top of the cover, and it cracked and collapsed from the center, but did not completely give way.

Should I be concerned about this dirt getting in? Do I need to have it pumped?

Thanks for any advice.
