What places have you had the most success meeting women? What was the conversation opener?

None of those "well, if you go to the mall, you'll see a lot of women, so it's a great place to meet girls" type of conversation. I'm not seeking advice. I want to know specifically what place you have gone to and picked up women successfully and how did you start the conversation?
