I got an e-mail telling me it was my last chance to confirm that I either received the gift or did not. There is no specific deadline noted in the e-mail. My match posted that they shipped it Dec 18, and the rules state "If for some reason you do not receive a gift, you will be able to report that to us approximately 25 days after it was marked shipped." it obvious hasn't been 25 days. It's coming from US to Canada, so if it's coming from the opposite coast, I'd expect it this week or next week.

Can anyone tell me what the process here is? How last chance is last chance? Is there a cutoff date for me to report the gift not received?
