Christmas is going to round out my collection of companion books with the addition of the horror companion an the supers companion.
But I've got some room left in my budget. So I've been considering getting the hellfrost books, or else Fantasy Grounds (Ultimate, so I can just invite whoever I want without worrying about whether they've purchased FG or not). I have a bit of a problem with purchasing rulesets on top of that already massive sticker price, though.
Any thoughts? Is Fantasy Grounds really worth it as opposed to Roll20? What's the real cost of getting set up for Savage Worlds on Fantasy Grounds as a GM, so that my players don't have to buy in to be able to play in my games and I have access to enough materials to be effective and efficient? Is there a Savage Bundle deal I can take advantage of, to ease the sticker shock? Or would I be happier getting the HellFrost core books, and continuing to use Roll20?
