Sooo… the plan is to add 82,000 new homes in the next 8 years to the 415,000 that currently exist in San Francisco…

And they’re doing this by allowing greater density and expecting the private sector to answer the call.
Wouldn’t that sudden 20% expansion also mean that the public sector needs to add 20% more elementary, middle, and high schools, fire and police stations, libraries, Muni trains, etc. in the next 8 years?
