And they’re doing this by allowing greater density and expecting the private sector to answer the call.

Wouldn’t that sudden 20% expansion also mean that the public sector needs to add 20% more elementary, middle, and high schools, fire and police stations, libraries, Muni trains, etc. in the next 8 years?
