I've taken over management of a sales team and unfortunately the past regime did a poor job of logging everything in our CRM (salesforce). On top of this, we had non-sales efforts (product, support, success) that ran an monitored a customer consortium through email.

So....I'm looking to make some data driven decisions and would love to know if there is a software out there that would analyze a database of historical emails and spit out common trends of some kind.

I'm imaging data output in the way the Gong.io does for call recordings (except emails, and a historical data set not live email analytics)

Making use of this data in any way outside of grinding thousands of threads would be killer.
