Can we get a parking thread on the side-bar? Would be greatly appreciated

I've noticed that we don't really have a side-bar thing specially for parking so can we please have something for it? I'm kind of getting tired of the two hour parking deal and the link on the Richmond city site doesn't seem to be updated.
I thought I saw something on here a long time ago about someone making a website of where parking sites could be but I think it was deleted.
