Season Basketball Tickets for Alum

Hey — does anyone know how hard it is to get season basketball tickets as an alum? I was looking at the athletics site and it had a waitlist for tickets and it only let me request 1 ticket. When tickets open up, is it possible to get off the waitlist and get 2 tickets? Not sure how it all works and would appreciate any feedback.
