How do i go past my brick wall!?
Post Body

This is my senior year in high school and and second year in XC. Last year i was hitting 20:19 and PR'd with 19:48. I then did track and got into better shape and ended with a 5:04mile. This year i have put hard work and started off with a 20:07. A month passes and my time drops to a 18:54 to a 17:32 and now 16:55. I've been hitting that in my past invitational and first meets. What can i do to get past that brick wall i think i have?
