i just tested it out to double check, and if she had reported it I would be able to tell as I can see if the other mods report comments or post. this only applies to reports made on this subreddit though, and in your case no reports about self harm has been made as far as I can tell. sorry for the inconclusiveness, and I wish there were better ways for us to prove/disprove this.
if that’s true then i agree with you, but my point is we’ll find out if everyone reports the reddit cares messages
it does seem odd, but there is no way for me to tell such a thing, the only way is for you to report it and see what happens. i personally doubt it’s her, apart from removing a few posts which honestly is partially my fault for not being clear with her about what to approve and not, she’s been doing good as a mod as far as I can tell, but like I said there is no way for me to find out :/
doubt it was her but you can report it to reddit and the person who did send it will get banned
