June 17th Check-In Open, But Not Able To Pick Arrival Time

As the title says, my check-in opened for the June 17th cruise, but when I click on the Arrival Time section I get a message of "Not Quite Ready For You".
I have tried on both the mobile app and on their website and got the same message. When am I supposed to be able to select my arrival time? I have been able to pick my arrival time in the past when check-in opened up, but not now for some reason.
