The reason Morty Prime is not evil

In the Cold Open of Unmorticken, we see Evil Morty complaining because he went up an ass, and basically this discussion ended up in him controlling his Rick
In Morty's Mind Blowers we see Morty Prime in a similar situation but we don't see why Rick made him forget that, maybe they got into a similar argument but Rick C-137 was smart enough to stop Morty from doing anything ( Morty Prime isn't as smart as Evil Morty)
