Fang Runin (Rin for short) was a poor peasant girl living in Tikany in south Nikara. After testing into the most prestigious military school in the country, she trained to not only become a master martial artist, but a master of the shamanic arts as well. Summoning the powers of the Phoenix, Rin can produce fire out of thin air.

- Throws a grown man over her shoulder
- Break an opponent's nose with an elbow strike
- Breaks Venkas nose with a back fist
- Blows the air from Nezhas lungs with a kick
- Using KI, can strengthen her attacks

- Surrounds herself in an impenetrable, searing hot, 10-foot column of flame, burning weapons before they reach her
- Crumples metal with her flame, and burns the inside of a temple from the outside
- Methodically annihilates fleet of airships

- Shows fine control over the size of her fire
- Can heat up her hands to vaporize water
- Can carve out protective spaces within the flame she creates
- Shoots a projectile of fire from her mouth, striking a man and burning him from the inside out
- Sends a ribbon flame across a river to light a fuse
- Shoot fire from her palms and mouth simultaneously
