4-ho-met - at which time is it best to take?
Post Body

Hello! So I've got a sample of Metocin (4-ho-met), a pill of 20mg.

I've used psilocibyn in the past and 2c-b but I'm not a heavy psychedelic guy. Anyway, I was curious if this is best taken during the day or during the night and if it even matters at all? I'd most likely be by my computer regardless of it being day or night but I do guess that daytime vs nighttime can affect visuals? Again, not an experienced psychonaut

Most reports I read say it's got quite a clear headspace but can have intense visuals. Also, is it true that the trip doesn't last that long? It'd be ideal for me that it does not last too long, especially the peak.

How functional is this compared to taking psilocibyn, for example if I do need to interact with someone for a minute whilst I'm tripping, how obvious would it be to them that I am on something? With psilocibyn I always avoided family during the peak due to the mental effects but after the peak it always felt really nice to chill with them. Since 4-ho-met reportedly doesn't have that much of a heavy headspace I wonder how "functional" it would be in that scenario?

I'd appreciate any answers or shared experiences, I'm reading through virtually every post made on this substance and have been for a while now but I feel like I would only benefit from making my own post as well and interact with the replies. Thanks for reading!
