I have recently purchased the RLK8-800B4-A (RLN8-410) (FW. v3.0.0.173_22041117) (B800 cameras with FW. v3.1.0.802_22011002)and have hooked up all the cameras and the system is working well. This is at my business. I have it hooked up to a monitor, no problems and have connected it to a 4G router via LAN. I have installed the app (android) on my phone and the client on my laptop (Mac OS). When my phone and laptop are connected to the 4G router I can use the app and client as intended, however, when I try using them via mobile data, or using my home WiFi, I can't connect to the cameras for either live view or for playback. I have tried disabling the firewall on the 4G router, but still no luck connecting remotely.
I have the system set to auto update, but when I click "check for latest version" in system>maintenance it says "failed to check new version" exactly the same when I try Upgrade IPC.
The cameras are all directly connected via ethernet cables straight from the camera into the NVR.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I have tried to put all the relevant info, but if you need more, just ask.
