Single, introvert, ok w living alone, sit outside w coffee and smoke joint while reading type. ISO cheap living, don’t mind small living space like trailer or studio apt if it isn’t really rundown or in a horrible neighborhood. ISO quality, well-paying, non-hard labor (health problems) job opportunities nearby, so something not terribly rural but not directly in a city. ISO being near/surrounded by forest, woods, mountains, and low light pollution area for hiking, camping, Bigfoot tracking, and stargazing at night are a must. From New Orleans so outrageously cold weather/near Canada border would likely be a dealbreaker but I’d still consider it if it ticked all other boxes. Ultimately I just want to hunker down somewhere to work and save money for 5-10 years that’s comfortable enough financially w great outdoorsman options to keep me from getting bored.
