[M34] I’ve been in a relationship for about 8 years and I think I have a crush on a [F36] friend of ours. What do I do?

So we met this other couple through some friends a couple years ago. We really liked them and I’m pretty sure I had a crush right away. I didn’t think much of it at first since I was already in a LTR. But over the years I think I’ve become a more open person and my partner is also open to open relationships. I think I’ve become more open to the idea of polyamory through this experience. Bc I understand now what it’s like love multiple people. I know the answer is go talk to my partner about it but im nervous about the outcome of that conversation. Any tips?
