So I, (35f) took that silly love language test at the request of my husband, 32m) it made sense in a way amd im glad I did it. However it turns out my love language is "acts of service" like helping out around the house. However my husband has super depression, and back issues that make it hard for him to help out, since vacuuming requires moving furniture and and sweeping is out of the question. So I never know if he physically can't or emotionally can't help me on cleaning day. How do I help him show acts of service, w out his anxiety telling him he literally can't due to this or that? I guess my question is how do I let him know its alright that he can't follow my love language due to no fault of his own?
