Hey everyone,
So I've been on and off dating, and I've had many girlfriends. My relationships haven't really worked out because after I get through the flirting phase, I end up getting... bored of the relationship. This has happened many, many times before and I just don't know why - the moment it gets into the love part, I start to get sour and cold, bored eventually. Attachment issues, I guess.
Now this all changed when I met a girl and we've been chatting. She and I hit it off really well, but then the relationship turned into a sexual one, and eventually I did end up liking her. The difference is that she likes to go against me. IN EVERYTHING. I say X, and she very playfully goes against it. She doesn't listen at first and I have to actually try and put effort in to get her to do something I want (and at the end she always does). I don't know what this dynamic is, or how it is even working... but I have never felt attracted to someone so much. She also absolutely loves to flirt with me in a teasing, mischievous way while doing her thing where she goes against what I say.
We've had a talk about relationships before and she told me that she doesn't like the classic love stuff either like I do. Now, she loves to annoy me and bother me (playfully) and told me that she loves it especially when people can 'put up with her shit' and win against her struggle, which I've been able to do.
Is what I am doing healthy? How would this even work? Why is this interaction and dynamic so much appealing to me compared to my previous loving, loyal, fulfilling wholesome relationships? I'm really confused and I really need some clarity here.
