Exactly this. It’s honestly just about knowing your partner. My husband and I basically had a drunken conversation at a bar like a week before we moved across the country and just shrugged and booked flights and a ceremony to elope right then and there. Not romantic in the traditional sense but the two of us both look back on the memory fondly and had fun planning everything together. The key is knowing what works well with your partner and ESPECIALLY when they spell it out.
