Issue with graphics/display when opening other tabs/applications

Hey guys, I'm having problems with rdr2 on pc. Whenever I alt tab out of the game, turn up volume, have a pop up notification, wherever the window was on the screen leaves a pixelated shadow that leaves multiple colors. Have any of yall encountered this or have a fix? Will leave pics via imgur link.
